After acquiring CBL in 2010, Sean has developed the company in his own image; an approachable finance broker with his clients' best interests at heart. As an experienced entrepreneur and having spent more than a decade in banking, he can relate to SMEs and thoughtfully guide them to smart loan solutions with long-term financial success in mind. Helping people is what Sean loves the most: "It's a skill to know how to match the right lender for each unique client and situation, and we are really good at that - that gives me huge satisfaction."
In his spare time Sean like to keep fit playing football and with 10K runs. The dad of three boys is also a Scout Leader for Beavers - dib dib dib!
Sharon Cook
director
A real people person, Sharon excels at supporting businesses at one-to-one level and working with our partners to achieve great results for their clients. Prior to joining Choice Business Loans in 2015, she worked with SMEs of all shapes and sizes for 10 years, helping them maximise cash flow opportunities. This has given Sharon a deep understanding of the trials and tribulations of running a business. This expertise is an invaluable asset as she guides them to the best financial solutions that will help the business thrive. She said: "For me it's all about creating relationships and sharing our expertise to support our clients and partners."
Outside work, newly-wed Sharon loves to experiment with delicious foods in the kitchen after long country-walks with her dogs. She has a secret passion for gardening too - "I'm not great at it, but it's so therapeutic!"
Aimee Litchfield
Finance broker
With a background in marketing for SME's and running her own property renovation business, Aimee has a great understanding of the needs and challenges businesses have.
Managing loan applications and building relationships with lenders is at the heart of Aimee's role at CBL. She says the variety of the job is what she enjoys the most: "We deal with such a wide range of finance products, and businesses of all sizes, all kinds of industries. Not one day is the same! I love seeing what we do have a positive impact on businesses and seeing them grow."
Off duty, Aimee isn't one to rest on her laurels. You'll either find her dancing on stage, walking her whippet puppy Pluto, or filler and paint brush in hand decorating their house.
