…………..

Assetz Capital

Assetz Capital's investors have so far funded £71,767,144 of loans (most up to date figure available).

Numerous loans are available to invest in for different purposes including a care home seeking £700,000 with an LTV of 70% to re-finance a private loan.

Funding Circle

To date, it has processed loans totalling £632,778,220 – an increase of 2.60% in 2 weeks.

The peer-to-peer lender is certainly consistent in terms of money advanced with yet another impressive couple of weeks.

Since Funding Circle launched in 2010, investors have advanced over £50 million to property developers who have built more than 400 new homes in the UK.

There continues to be dozens of lending opportunities available for diverse types of businesses including one for a dairy farm seeking £41,680 to buy some more cows and a scenery hire firm wanting £75,000 to assist cashflow.

FundingKnight

To date, it has processed loans totaling £16,816,000 – an increase of 13.38% in 2 weeks.

An excellent couple of weeks with almost £2 million lent. In the past fortnight, loans coming to auction have quickly been invested in including a car and van rental company seeking £25,000 to expand their fleet. There is currently one opportunity to lend to a firm of funeral directors that requires £60,000 to purchase additional vehicles. Within the first few hours of this later loan becoming available it was 64.08% funded so it would seem you will need to move quickly if you are interested in that opportunity.

FundingSecure

FundingSecure has administered advances totalling £6,630,424.

Although there are only a couple of loans to invest in with these being property/land related there are 6 more loan requests being vetted by FundingSecure that will hopefully come to auction soon. The security offered on these varies including a classic car, luxury watch and property. You may wish to monitor their website closely as the loans are usually quickly taken up perhaps in part due to the attractive rates available (11% to 13%) and the LTV is usually low.

Lending Works

Lending Works has arranged loans totalling £8,429,793 – an increase of 8.66% in 2 weeks.

Once again, an impressive fortnight with loans totaling over £600,000 advanced.

Money & Co

The amount lent so far is £4,625,000. (latest available figure)

Take up of the Globavista loan of £500,000 remains slow with only 36% of it being funded (32% funded two weeks ago). The loan of £315,000 being sought by an industrial supplier to buy shares that we mentioned previously is still available to invest in being only 34% funded.

rebuildingsociety

rebuildingsociety's loan book stands at £6,225,475 – an increase of 4.02% in 2 weeks.

A good fortnight with over £240,000 lent.

There are currently 8 lending opportunities for numerous purposes including a company that designs and manufactures bedspreads seeking £120,000 for such things as improving their storage area, buying more equipment and updating their websites.

Interestingly, the £750,000 loan for Cleeve Hill Healthcare Limited that we mentioned in our last market commentary is only £28,910 (3%) funded.

ThinCats

The amount lent so far is £110,060,000 – an increase of 5.04% in the last 2 weeks.

There are presently 12 loans totaling £4.2 million that you can consider investing in for numerous things including 3DD Productions Ltd that creates TV programs that is seeking £250,000 for working capital. The Business Doctors Franchising Limited for £350,000 referred to in our last market commentary is now funded to the tune of £209,000 so there is still an opportunity to consider investing in it.

Zopa and RateSetter

Zopa

To date, Zopa has been involved in loans totalling £849 million – an increase of 2.17% in 2 weeks.

Another consistent performance in terms of money lent.

RateSetter

To date, it has been involved in loans totalling £620,464,451 – an increase of 3.02% in 2 weeks.

This is another good, steady performance with over £18 million lent in two weeks.

Invest & Fund

To date it has been involved in loans totaling over £1 million.

The £25,000 loan mentioned in our last market commentary for a company buying, renovating and selling coastal bungalows for retired people has been fully funded as have other ones that have become available to bid on in the last couple of weeks. It would appear you need to react quickly if you wish to invest.

LendingCrowd

The loan being sought by a bridal gowns retailer mentioned previously is almost 90% funded attracting a lot more bidders in the last fortnight. There are also a couple of other loans that you can consider investing in with one being for a company that currently retails coffee pods but wishes to borrow £58,000 to purchase equipment to be able to make the pods. It is 88.1% funded.

ArchOver

To date, it has lent £3,760,000. (latest figure available)

The loan of £200,000 sought by a finance provider mentioned previously has been fully funded. There are however a couple of other opportunities to invest in loans of £500,000 and £200,000 with the former being sought by a company that provides design and access facilities and solutions for the disabled with the monies being required to clear an invoice discounting facility and for working capital.

We trust that you have found the above informative.
